Pretty much. Do something for calves, as well. Lunges are noice for glutes.

there are very few compounds that are not a squat, dead or lunge variation. hip thrust and its variations is all the leg training that exists.
i love the leg press and dropped squats tho, nothing hits ur legs harder. and leg extensions are GOAT btw, theres no other way to hit the quads hard

So the squat, especially the front squat targets the quadriceps. The deadlift targets the hamstrings. Why should I do the lunges then?
