Fat acceptance happened because of two things

- A backlash on the overly idolized victoria's secret stickfigure type bitches
- Fat people becoming more common and therefore it being more accepted. Generally, fat people are lazier, and lazy people don't want to take responsibility for their situations in life.

There were a fuck load of kids at my high school that were benching 2plt. I remember when I got it the beginning of my senior year then before I graduated I could rep it 10 times. I've only seen maybe two hands full of people benching over 3plt at the gym so I think that's impressive as hell. Been trying to get there for years and still stalking between 295-305 bench

Hi guys, I'm getting into weight lifting because I am trying to lose weight while gain some muscle. To give you a bit of context, I am 18 years old, weight 260 pounds, and I stand at 6' 2". I don't have much muscle and instead have a lot of fat. I've been looking at some basic layouts to do workouts during the week but it seems to me that they won't last very long. For example: This one workout has 3 5x5s for that day's workout. I started weightlifting about 6 months ago but gave up when I went off to school. The recommended amount of time in the gym is supposed to be 60-90 minutes but to me, 3 5x5s doesn't seem like it would even take an hour.

I'm not second guessing anything, rather questioning the amount of time I should spend in the gym. So once the weights get heavy I will start to lift more slowly or sometimes stop entirely. I'm not trying to sound arrogant if that's what you think, I am here questioning dumbfuck

- Learn a music instrument or get a proper hobby like art.
- Get a proper job and leave my mom basement.
- Learn how the Game (PUA) works
