I'm tranny garbage and estrogen is making me rapidly gain weight. I am used to not exercising and binge eating but that isn't working too well now. My BMI is 22 (166.7 lbs/75.61kg) and most of my fat is in my tummy regions. Should I focus on eating better or exercising more mostly? I have serious motivation issues from depression and can only commit to small things, but I really want to try and improve myself. I haven't found any specific information that helps me so I figured I'd ask you guys.

The attention extension
So ive been lifting for 3.5 years on and off. Made great strength gains (stats below) but my body is weirdly proportioned.
I have a few questions:
1) i believe my arms and shoulders lack alot compared to chest back traps abs/core.
2 what else do i need to focus on while training
3 how do i fix posture. I can conciously go from bottom left to bottom middle, but this takes effort and discomfort
4 why is my belly so thick. Seems huge compared to my body. I havent eaten in hours and only 1l water yet past 10 hours.

Look here's the thing crossfit is very demanding and requires that you already have the basics down and know how the movements are supposed to feel.
It IS NOT good for beginners. I think it's shit tbqh and not worth the exponentially higher risk of injury when compared to traditional training. Just do cardio on your off days and it will give you the same results.
