Hey /fit/, I normally buy the >pic related gloves for working out and they last me 3-6 months. Unfortunately they just discontinued this style and the price has almost doubled on them. The new version looks less durable and gets poor reviews. Are there any other gloves you would recommend? My requirements are:

>don't retain sweat smell
>don't use waaay too much dye so they stain my clothes and hands

It's very possible that the bar you are using has too agressive knurling for the type of work you do. Agressive knurling is good for low rep things where you don't expose your hands to that knurling too often and where a good grip is important.

Two days ago I played Pokémon on the tedmill and ended up walking 3.5 miles.
I was going to be playing it anyway, so why not get fit at the same time.

Is there any point doing shoulder press after bench or vice versa?

Wouldn't your shoulders be far too fatigued to do well on the second exercise

Not if u have good form, only a tiny bit, i have notice when i do chest n shoulder on the same day my body grows more aesthetic, almost as if the natural movements give an increase in gains, however doi g both on the same day takes way to much time for me so i have to split them

yes, it will be bit weaker, all depending on how much volume you did and at what intensity, etc.

if you train that part twice per week you can rotate those two lifts

maybe one day heavy bench + volume ohp
and heavy ohp (or pushpress) + volume bench 2nd time

lots of possibilities

I am starting to become a fat fuck and I do not like it. I was always a skelly. 130lbs 6' tall. Then suddenly I ballooned to 150. Honestly, it wasn't that bad I looked like a normal human for once and I had no gut. I have since been dating a fatty and I'm up to 185. I have a belly. I jiggle. I hate it.
Do I start with cardio and basic body weight shit to lose the fat before I try and actually look decent? I am so incredibly weak. Last time I tried to do a push up I couldn't even do one with an empty bar.
I want to fix myself. I don't want to become another fucking obese robot.

Wat.

Look at your diet first, and cut out anything unnecessary, such as soft drinks, candy, cake, that sort of thing.
Finding out your caloric needs and staying below them would be best. Strictly speaking, you don't need exercise, although it helps a lot. Cardio for burning, especially.

Be honest, how many of you guys are losers, or NEETs.

Sometimes I just come here because I honestly don't have any friends; I think I just vent out my frustration here and blame niggers and Jews for things because it's fun and makes me feel better about myself.

Most of the gamers I play with always yell nigger and Jews, and when I look at their Steam profiles they usually have 100+ weekly hours, me included.

I don't have a job, I pretty much just browse here and cycle between four different games. When I lose I always call the opposing team a nigger or a faggot or something offensive, and it got me thinking about how I always made fun of blacks for living off welfare when I live under my parents.

I've never really put thought into this, but am I the only one here like this? Is the redpill just cynicism, not any real truth?

I'm so fucking pathetic, this place is the only place that makes me feel like I have a voice in the world. I tried Reddit once but then I couldn't hold an argument and resorted to name calling, but here our Id's are reset per thread so I could just post anything without repurcussions.

I don't know, but honestly, is anyone here successful, so I know I'm not backing up an ideal consisting of a bunch of failures. Like proof that you go to a good school or a good job, it would make me feel a lot better about myself, I'm having an epiphany

My goal is to have a house/cottage out in the country while I work as a field geologist. Is that goal hard to reach? You betcha. But I'm still going to give it my all.
