How healthy and good for gains/protein is shrimp as a seafood?
My local fish store had a sale for $4.50 a pound on shrimp yesterday, I bought 6 pounds at that cheap a price and chucked them all in my freezer for the next month or so's meals.
What this a good investment?

I can dig them but after my regular hot water shower, I close the hot water knob and stay under for like 1 minute making sure to get all my part exposed to the cold water. I live in east canada so the water is freezing.

Personally I've only got two -
- Chia Seed (ground for milkshakes, whole for meals)
Serving Size - 2 tbsp

> 2.16 mg Iron
Usually throw 2-3 tbsp in my post-workout protein shake, blends in perfectly and has no taste or weird texture.
Supposedly good for losing weight too, because Chia seeds naturally expand into a gel when they come into contact with liquid after 10~ minutes, so it fills your stomach up a bit more with every meal you sprinkle the whole seeds on. All around good supplement imo.
- Flax Seed (only ground, whole seeds don't get digested properly unlike Chia seeds and you'll just shit them out whole)
Serving Size - 2 tbsp

> Shitloads of different vitamins
Like the chia seed I just blend in 2-3 tbsp with my protein shakes, but its harder than chia to incorporate into meals because whole flax is pointless

Okay Anon, I've been going through our last edition of Dumbbells and Dragons and thinking what we can improve in next version.
So far I added barbell spear as a new weapon. I also read on various forums we should cap "Roidrage" buff on Brobarian, because at higher levels if players put everything into swoleness stat, they're basically one hit everything and are untouchable.

I have narrow shoulders, no amount of muscle or buffness will change this because the muscles insert onto my narrow clavicles.
Narrow clavicles are defined as having less than a 21" span from acromion (shoulder bone tip) to acromion. To measure this you stand with your back to the wall and mark with a pencil the point where your pointy shoulder bone is (not where your muscles span on your delts or anything to do with muscle).
Even if i get massive, i will just look like a potato retard because i have no broadness and no V-taper.

I'm not a powerlifter, and god forbit I ever train for bodybuilding alone, I just generally enjoy lifting things and getting stronger overall.
But how would I (now) should go about building a decent "hood". As in those bundle of upper body muscles, the upper peck, the delts, and traps, that all tie in together forming a great "hood" over your upper-body (imagine if you where a car, that area would probably be the equivalent of the hood, hence call it "hood"). See Picture related.
I figure that in that it would be great to develop that look over the long-run, so what is a good routine or just general exercises that I should implement just to work those muscles?
Built mine with shrugs. I liked a 5-10 second hold at the top. It's such a short movement that you need to increase time undet tension to get any sort of hypertrophic benefit.

Dumbbell work for upper-pec, upright rows for traps and delts, shrugs for delts, and lateral/front/rear delt raises.
