Is it even possible to squat any deeper than just past parallel with low bar squats?

No, you are not really supposed to go ATG on low bar squats. Aim just little bit below parrallel
>>39886186
You can. You probably shouldn't, though - you'll see a lot of buttwink depending on proportions.

I wouldn't mind seeing a video or picture of your squat.

You can squat very, very upright even though you're low bar squatting.

Only image I have from 2015. And its not in the deepest point.

Not atg

If he simply looked forward and slightly up + improved upper back tightness he would hit ATG easy.

I said its not the deepest point

>if if if if
It's all ifs and but until you hit the flexibility wall in your groin and feel your hips ready to dislocate

Tbh, I used to squat low bar ATG too, but I had to change it to high bar ATG because it started to stress my lower back too much. Might be because of my slight scoliosis though. I filmed myself and the form wasn't that bad, but I sometimes had issues where I would bend too much forward at the bottom part when going ATG.
Also you might wanna check this.

That's how I squat, I'm a bit of a squatlet, but I've competed in powerlifting and am pain-free and strong doing it like that.

thanks!
This video made me think. Does squating ATG steals some of the work fom hamstrings because youre bouncing weight up at the bottom
