I have narrow shoulders, no amount of muscle or buffness will change this because the muscles insert onto my narrow clavicles.
Narrow clavicles are defined as having less than a 21" span from acromion (shoulder bone tip) to acromion. To measure this you stand with your back to the wall and mark with a pencil the point where your pointy shoulder bone is (not where your muscles span on your delts or anything to do with muscle).
Even if i get massive, i will just look like a potato retard because i have no broadness and no V-taper.
Even if i just get fit, i will still look like a pussy who doesnt even lift because human brains naturally look for the V-taper as a sign of fitness and health.
What hope is there for someone with narrow shoulders?
Even Phil Heath (a narrow guy) in his prime still looked narrow and he was literally as big as you can get.
