if your goal is bulking, and you don't have previous experience getting 3500-4000 calories a day, then eating chicken breasts and eggs is a pretty stupid way of doing so
nuts, dairy, red meat, rice/pasta, and mcdoubles/pizza occasional food like that is the way to do it
aim for 1lb/week until you hit 15% bodyfat, then cut to 10-12%, repeat

I'm doing muay Thai with lifting on the side right now. I started with lifting a few years back.
When I started I was a lot bulkier, and that made me slow. I also cut down to lifting a max of 3/4 a week with little volume but high intensity, because I just would be super sore from MT anyways.
The rule is
"If you want to get better at lifting, focus on lifting. If you want to get better at x, prioritize X."
Also, prepare for hard cuts and keep these protons high

depends if they're stained or if the enamel is worn down. in the first case you can remove the stains by cleaning, in the second case you need tooth whitening.

I recently switched to a 5 day split that goes like so:

I have one rest day after chest day and one rest day after shoulder day. I've been able to get to complete failure with every workout safely, I've gotten better pumps and my physique is improving faster. Granted my workouts take a lot longer but by the end the body parts I worked are completely dead, whereas normally I don't feel they got worked very well even if I can't pt of many reps just cause of ho tired my whole body is

1) Because a pump isn't an indication of muscle fatigue. You can get a pump curling 15 lb dumbbells.
2) Because muscles take 24-36 hours to recover from fatigue. Recovery is when your muscles repair the damage you did to them by lifting (i.e., that's when they grow). It's recommended to work each muscle group twice a week minimum because you CAN. Full body routines let you work everything 3 times a week. You will maximize growth this way, literally two to three times as fast as what you're doing now.

The P90X yoga videos are pretty good, but for some reason the first yoga video they made (the hour+ one) is pretty tough for a beginner. The yoga videos they did for P90X 2 and 3 are a bit more beginner friendly.
