People stare at me when I'm running and it's starting to get to me. In fact I held off on running for well over a year due to fear of being seen by people. And now it's coming back. I run at night, 8 pm, so that's it's low visibility. I don't think I can handle running in the morning. Can anyone sympathize? Wat do? Also, I'm doing couch to 5k, what does /fit/ think of it? And yeah, running general.

I've been running reddits PPLPPLx for the last two months now as a beginner and although I'm still seeing gains my lifts haven't been progressing like they were on SS.
