Anyone else getting bruising on their upper back from high bar squats? Its a mixture of deep bruising and my skin being filed away (feels like someone hit it with sand paper). You can see the imprint of the knurling in pic 1/2.

Like the other anon said, down the reps and up the weight. If you are a skellington make sure you are eating enough to make gains, but don't fall for memes like dirty bulking. Have a look at some existing programs like SL5x5 and tailor them. Just don't quit, we're all gonna make in bruh.
