How can people like candito and others in sub 190 lbs push so much weight? Numbers aren't crazy high but a 400+ squat at 170ish is damn good.
Obviously asking for myself since I'm struggling to push past 315. How do they do it? (Assuming natty)

Just keep doing it forever. I'm in year six or so and I would imagine I'm around 5plate, last max out was a while ago at 475. Don't get too fat or too thin, just keep lifting.
Now I'll get picked on by juicers and lmao1plate fagets who want to tell me that that's achievable in a year of training and I'm a pussy
But wouldn't there be a limit to how much you can lift at a certain weight? All the weights I've pulled was during a bulk. Not sure how much you can keep going on maintenance.
