Hey /fit/,
It seems that this board is basically about lift of course, and self improvement.
So I would like to know how is the person that you would like to be , other than on a lifting point of view
I'll start:
>pretty heavy lifts yet lean body
>be good at a wide range of sports , just good, not very good
>read 1-2 (real) books per month.
>master that little voice restraining me from being humble/wise. (so be wise)
>have the ability to make friends .I'm talking about the really good ones
>inspire safety/manhood to female/children AND fun/sympathy
>could financially assume other persons if needed (family & friends)
>good cook
>cultured about a lot of topics
>speak at least 3 languages fluently
>know how to fix issues (manage a house, etablish projects)

That's not a blog so I'll stop there and I'm sure that you guys have a lot of ideas too.

Could use some help /fit/. So I want to get one of my friends to start lifting with me. He's insecure and awkward. I feel like he could really benefit with a little extra confidence from getting bigger. I think I'm going to get him on the 5x5 plan and teach him all the lifts while also teaching him some isos. I could use any and all tips on helping him through his journey.

What do you guys eat through out the day?

breakfast

500 cals shoulder steak or chicken
350 cals peas beans lentils veg etc

350 cal cashew milk 2ish scoops

300 cal meat and 200 cal carbs.

Probably 2-300 extra cals from miscounting, ketchup and grazing on shit.


Thats on a cut.

Leanbulk i simply add 1300 more cals of the same shit. Dont eat garbage like fast food or highly processed ready meals.

Prob like 500-600 kcals per day
Currently like 18% BF and plan to eat like this for a month or two and then start lifting, how quick will I lose BF? Drinking hella water all day too.

Dips. Sit on your butt and roll out backwards using your triceps and back. Don't put too much pressure on your shoulders though.

Side rolls. Lay like a side plank but rollout with the wheel. Works sides of abs and back and obliques.

See how far you can go down with a normal roll. Or put your feet on a bench or couch and do some elevated roll outs.
