First time I actually ever measured them. Iv since added a lot more volume to my arms to see what difference I can make in a month at 3k calories a day. Will be re measuring on the 26th of Jan.
I measured in CM (Ausfag) and they were bag on 38cm. Curious to see if I can make a measurable difference in the time given
