Let me preface this by saying, I'm not complaining. I enjoy what I see and don't mind it continuing. However, I wonder if anyone else here has this problem.

No matter what I do, I always catch myself taking multiple glances in their direction to the point that I'm pretty sure that they know I'm looking. I've been in my current gym for about a year and I've never caught flack in my previous gyms for staring but I feel like the outfits today compared to those of three to four years ago are on a whole different plane. I can't stop looking at dem cheeks and busts between sets. The women look fucking phenomenal and I can't help my eyes. I specifically started ebooks and browsing imageboards on my phone to distract myself but I always tend to lock on to that booty. My workouts aren't affected, and I get everything done in a reasonable time. I'm just worried about the day when staff approaches me with a complaint. (Though, I'm a regular who is big enough to claim, "I was just zoned out between sets")


Does anyone else have this problem? How do I overcome?

Do you guys try to avoid stating at ass in the gym ? I've given up on trying to hide it, if women subject themselves to it by wearing skin tight leggings that gets sucked up their ass then it's their own fault. especially when half the exercises they do involve sticking their ass in the air like pic related

Is milk good for you or not? I see a ton of "articles" claiming it's terrible and no-one should drink it, but most of them have "the secret the medical community ignores" or some other huge red flag that it's bullshit.

from a kid I drank nothing but milk. I mean that in the traditional sense of literally. hated the taste of water, fizzy drinks, anything you name it the ONLY liquid that went into my mouth was milk. this went on from toddler ages to about 16~. I don't have any health problems or gyno.

It will make sure that all tickets to snap city are sold out. Your Deadlift will get better. Your Squat will get better. Your Row will get better.

I do these every morning as part of my stretches.

My lower back is stronger and i really think they've helped to improve my posture and my squat.

Bruce lee wrekt his shit doing them, so be careful. But they're ok in my book.

Is it possible to gain strength at calorie deficiency. Im not talking about noob gains and etc. I just want to know what are the main factors which can lead to strength gain.

Yes.

There's three main factors to strength on a given movement (at least, three that you can actually train. There's a few that aren't changeable like attachment points). Muscle mass, technique, neural efficiency. Two of these things don't require calories.

It's just going to be slower than if you're in a surplus, because you won't be growing the same level of muscle and you probably won't have the same recovery ability as someone chowing down.

I like thicc not chubby. Chubby girls have rolls, cellulite, and fat arms. Thicc have curves and taunt stomachs.

That said, I've only liked high test girls as I've gotten older. I think it's because skinny bodies don't age well and they look bad when saggy and wrinkled. Unless she takes care of her skin extremely well, skinny women don't look good naked over 30. thicker women stay nice and smooth.

Hi /fit/,

I recently found an article written by Joe DeFranco, a highly respected coach and trainer.

He recommends that an athlete's diet should be based around: blueberries, sweet potatoes, salmon, broccoli and dark chocolate.

He also recommends consuming almond milk and almond butter over milk and peanut butter.

What are your thoughts on this? What foods do you base your diet around?
