Hey /fit/,
It seems that this board is basically about lift of course, and self improvement.
So I would like to know how is the person that you would like to be , other than on a lifting point of view
I'll start:
>pretty heavy lifts yet lean body
>be good at a wide range of sports , just good, not very good
>read 1-2 (real) books per month.
>master that little voice restraining me from being humble/wise. (so be wise)
>have the ability to make friends .I'm talking about the really good ones
>inspire safety/manhood to female/children AND fun/sympathy
>could financially assume other persons if needed (family & friends)
>good cook
>cultured about a lot of topics
>speak at least 3 languages fluently
>know how to fix issues (manage a house, etablish projects)
That's not a blog so I'll stop there and I'm sure that you guys have a lot of ideas too.
may peace be upon you

Be lean and extremely strong like Dante.
Be very skilled at fighting like Dexter.
Be super sociable like - I don't know, just super sociable.
Know programming and software as well as anatomy.
BTW here's a free advice: your goals should be centered around BEING and not DOING, and DEFINITELY NOT HAVING.
Also if you want to get pussy, do pick-up - lifting won't help a single fucking bit aside from possible alleviating some of your insecurities, so stop deluding yourself.
I just want to get big, get through university, and finally get some peace of mind.
I honestly just want to get rid of this constant fear and anxiety I have in the background of my mind all the time. It's like a fire in my chest that I can't put out. I get random bursts of anger, sadness, and happiness, and I have nightmares every other night.
I've always been like this but I know it's not normal.
I tried countless herbs, meditation, drugs, nothing helps.
I don't remember last time I felt at peace.

Nothing to lose friend. I personally feel it had an effect on my mood I'm still trying to experience and work out, if it makes sense. I certainly feel I'm a slightly less shitty person.
