For science purposes, let's say I'm 200lbs 20% bodyfat

now 40lbs of that 200 is pure fat. So for this 200lb person to be 10% bodyfat they'd have to be around 180lbs.

Now my question is, if he cut down to 180lbs would he be exactly 10% bodyfat?

If they are 20% body fat at 200 then you have 160lbs of lbm, at 177ish lbs they would be at 10%.

Learn some fucking math you god damn scrub.

Women only see it as a bad thing if you're irredeemable tier (like 5'5 or below), you're much shorter than them or if they're extremely vapid whores that you probably wouldn't want to associate with anyway.

They will still prefer a really tall guy probably anyway.

The more important part though is that its harder to be seen as a leader if you are short. It will be harder to get promotions or go up in your workplace if you aren't tall.

If you're lifting you'll be fine in my experience but I'm no expert on this. Set aside another 45 minutes to an hour afterwards to chill, no tv or pc in a quiet setting to help ease into sleep. I wouldn't suggest any cardio. That keeps me up for a few hours everytime.

Thoughts on exercise bikes? Things to look out for when picking one out?

Right now I don't do shit and thought it might be a good idea to get one.
I feel like it would be easy to listen to music or watch something while doing it, so it won't be as boring as some people say for me.

I'm compelled to buy a cheap one like pic related, which also doesn't take up much space (I won't have much room for bigger ones), but I fear it's not gonna last and gonna be shit.
I'm not trying to get super fit or lose weight, I just don't want to be in absolute garbage shape anymore, and it'd be better than nothing.

Used treadmills and exercise bikes are excellent for NEETs. Just set the pace for walking to 3mph, or 15mph on a bike, and just watch tv or play videogames. It's doubly effective, as you are both adding in exercise and removing time spent sitting.

I would recommend buying one used on craigslist or whatever the equivalent of a used goods website in your country is. No treadmills or exercise bikes are worth it new.

Yes, absolutely.

Even if I wouldn't be those things, then my arrogance would take over, and would try to do something so I can absolutely regard myself higher than others. Not to mention I grew up in rough neighborhood, and know that personal strength and vitality is important in every society, and thus in everyones lives.

And not just socially inept people have insecurities. Everyone does. Even the confident-looking chads. They just either came to terms with it, and/or stopped to connect all their problems to it.

I've been doing the stripped 5x5 routine for 3 weeks now and I feel like it is not straining me enough. Should I just increase weights even faster or add something or do something completely different?

So far my progress has been:
Deadlift 110lb->176lb
Flat bench press 88lb->110lb
Squat 110lb->154lb
Barbell row 88lb->110lb
Overhead press 66lb->77lb

I am 5′7″ manlet at 159lb

don't get impatient. these novice routines based on linear progression are very easy in the beginning and very hard towards towards the end. the good thing about being a novice is that even those light workouts in the beginning are more than enough to drive adaptation. eventually you'll have to do cycles that are hard as balls and take a week or more just to increase the weight a little bit.
