OK /fit/ here's the scoop

I've steadily been losing weight for a couple of months thanks to a change of diet.

I'm still significantly overweight, and very un/fit/. My brother and his girlfriend invited me to a trail run on Sunday and I accepted without thinking about it.

Am I gonna die? I get winded going up long flights of stairs. Do I back out and look like the piece of shit I am, or do I go through with it and die of a stroke 3km's in.

Is there any point to oly lifting if I'm keeping it secondary to BB?
I enjoy it but feel like I'm just wasting my time on lifts I'm not going to go anywhere with

This is all I have.
An exercise mat, a pull-up bar and one single dumbbell with a max of 15,4 lbs (7kg).

I can't afford more.

What would be the best routine for this?

I have a major assessment due in 12 hours. I'm on the last hurdle.

I'm also on a cut, and the hunger is really fucking getting to me, is it really that bad if I just call off the cut for the day to eat a decent amount of food in me so I can focus?

I'm so guilty about having thoughts of going off my cut that I'd ask for your guys opinions

I started cut at 85kg 1 month ago, I'm 80kg atm, so down 5kg. Cutting down to 70kg for manlet aesthetics.

I guess 1 day isn't going to hurt, ffs.

I work 11-12 hours a day
I sleep 8 hours a day
I go to the gym

That leaves me with quite literally less than 45 minutes of free time every day besides commuting to/from work and the gym, eating, showering etc

Something's gotta give, should I start sleeping 6 hours instead? I like sleeping 8, I feel tired if I sleep less. Left on my own, I sleep 9 hours.
