Is there any point to oly lifting if I'm keeping it secondary to BB?
I enjoy it but feel like I'm just wasting my time on lifts I'm not going to go anywhere with

Routine if it helps, I throw in 6x3 C&J or snatch on the question marks

A:
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5

Side raises 3x8
Lying tricep extension 3x8

B:
Deadlift 3x5
Barbell row 3x5

I don't get your routine.

Why deadlift 3x5 instead of 1x5?

Day D is literally 2/3rd isolation exercises, for what purpose?

Why do barbell shrugs when you're already doing cleans?

Why not do more rows instead of reverse flies and curls?

If you enjoy them, why not do them on day D? They are a hell of a lot more useful than all those isolation exercises. If you're making progress on them, you're not wasting your time desu.

I just had a leftover day and thought I may as well just throw accessories in
Was thinking of rows on D in place of pull accessories, will do that
Also, I just like diddy volume, 1x5 never ever felt sufficient and I was stalling quite a bit.
