Why do you guys get so triggered by him?

Is it because he was born rich? Is it because he only works out 3 hours a week? The fasting? Because he has proven on-screen, with doctors, that he doesn't take supplements, steroids and his testosterone is great even at 6% bodyfat (also proven with tests, on-camera)?

He basically destroys everything /fit/ preaches as gospel, and you don't need a dime (or extra free time) to do the same.

Bad advice. Mindful mediation isn't about not thinking, it's about letting your brain's thoughts flow without concentrating on any of them. Do a quick google search for "mindful mediation" and read up on it, OP.

It's really quite simple, and yes, it works. You may also search for the few studies done on the effects, if you doubt my word

I understand it takes hard work and time to up your lifts, but it seems that what I can currently lift, as a complete beginner, is way below then what other beginners can lift. I can only squat about 70 (yes, including the bar), and even that is a struggle. I am fairly sure my form is correct. I can bench about 90, and not sure what I can deadlift as the last time I tried I wasn't doing it properly so I gave up.

I don't want to make this seem like I'm moping around and expecting results after ~4 workouts, but should I be worried about this and see a doctor or something or just keep pushing myself.

I am 5'11 160.

first few workouts is your brain and muscles reacting to new stimulus, they literallly dont know what the fuck is going on and how to react to it.

Make your form good and train.

My lifts werent that much better 4 months ago when i was beginning and im 6'2" and was 200lbs back then.

Havent seen an increase in strenght nor size in my biceps lately. I make sure to eat a lot and i see progression in my other muscle groups but not biceps.
This is what I do about 2 times a week
4 sets curls
4 sets hammer curls
4 sets reverse curls
