Here is my workout schedule:
5x10 pushups. 10 minute rest between sets
45 minutes of cardio (I kinda havent been doing this lately)
100 bodyweight squats
50 sit ups.
I do this 3 times a week.
I also try to watch what I eat, by eye-balling it.
Also, is beer and weed bad for gains? I hope not. they are soooo good.

Hey everyone,
I recently skipped the fall semester. My girlfriend left for school almost five hours away from me. We started to date mid August and I weighed about 160ish and I made it my mission for her to come home to a much sexier and fit man. I won't go into much detail but I was extremely fat 2 years ago weighing roughly 200+. I had a really fat face with chubby cheeks and a really fat neck. I dropped down to roughly 150-155 with above average arms and legs. Slight belly fat but not bad in the slightest, anyone would consider me skinny. I had a nice chiseled face with a defined cheek bone and it was genuinely attractive not to sound high horsed. She came home for winter break and it happened. I started progressively gaining weight due to the holidays, sitting around with her often, and going out to eat with her. I think I should mention that before thanksgiving my house fucking burnt down and I lost almost everything. I got super depressed and my uncle housed my huge family. I had barely any privacy or household advantage to eat what I wanted. I had a routine where I could run around my block and had a system where I'd run 2.5 miles almost every day before the fire. When I got to my uncle's it was near the beach, windy, and freezing. Winter break is over now and we're both at school but still hours apart. I'm weighing around 160-165 right now and I'm getting worried and upset. I've gained noticeable weight in my face, stomach, and chest. But I'm still skinny in my arms and legs. I have a free gym on campus and an unlimited food plan. What should I do and what should I eat? Today was my first day without my girlfriend and I went to the gym here and did 5 miles on the elliptical, abs stuff, and some arm and legs stuff. I ate well today. Tell me your opinions and what I should do and any comments.

I was going to start training for one in August. From what I understand
Sprint=3months of training
Full=9 months
And you should start with a short course/sprint to see if it's somethong you like/can handle.

What is your routine, and how many calories do you eat while running/cycling?
So, I'm 6'2" and ~200lb's. Last summer, I dropped down to 185 and I've put on 25lbs since then. Started feeling fat so decided to start losing weight a little early. Started cutting at 2500kcal (recommended for 1lb/week according to calculators is 2700kcal). I've lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Is this just water weight that I lost gradually or should I be concerned? This is the first time I've decided to lose weight with a decent amount of muscle on me.
