This is a shot in the dark but maybe you need to warm up on lower day before you hit the weights? Increases blood/oxygen flow to your entire body including the muscles you're about to challenge.

Exercise is the most effective way to heat deep muscle tissue. Warming muscle tissue can improve its strength (while it's warm). Increased blood & oxygen are going to help as well with your muscle's ability to generate energy (remember mitochondria?). Give it a shot and see what happens.

Ive been working out now for about 6 months. And when I wanted to take my first progress picture to see how I was doing, I noticed that my adonis belt and shoulder height are uneven. Doing some research led me to the conclusion that I probably have lateral pelvis tilt. Now I hear alot about anterior and posterior pelvic tilt because they are alot more common. But theres alot less information out there about lateral pelvis tilt.

Any tips on how to get rid of it? Any ideas what might be the cause? Its making my whole body look imbalanced, my shoulders, my pecs and my abs. I look hideous because of it. Please help

I know, thats why Im trying to fix it. I was a skinny lanklet sitting behind PC all day for years. I dont really know where to start though. It seems like my lateral tilted pelvis is the biggest issue. It makes my entire body tilt to one side

Share your post-workout rituals if you have one.

Other than drinking a proton drink, getting in the sauna, and then hitting the shower, I have one ritual that fills me with the comfiest feels.

My "leaving the gym" hoodie

It's very soft and of thinner material so it breathes well and feels good to wear out any time of the year. I look forward to cleaning up, drying off, and then putting that soft hoodie on. It's like my personal treat to myself every time I work out. I wear it out, relax a bit in the hoodie at home, then take it off and fold it up, ready for my next gym day.

If you have a bit of the 'tism, I highly recommend this method because it consistently makes me feel secure after being vulnerable during the workout.
