I work 11-12 hours a day
I sleep 8 hours a day
I go to the gym
That leaves me with quite literally less than 45 minutes of free time every day besides commuting to/from work and the gym, eating, showering etc
Something's gotta give, should I start sleeping 6 hours instead? I like sleeping 8, I feel tired if I sleep less. Left on my own, I sleep 9 hours.

What do you do for work? How many days in a row do your work 11-12hrs/day?

I'm a sorta trainee broker
I'm not an intern anymore they've hired me months ago but I'm still the new guy
Sleeping 7 hours is good.
I often sleep 6 hours and while its adequate, it leaves me unsatisfied.

>I'm a sorta trainee broker
Shouldn't you be on some sort of drugs that mean you need less sleep then?

1. Stop wasting your free 45 minutes on /fit/
2.Drink alcohol everyday until your life falls apart and you lose your job and everything else
3. Stop drinking and find new reason to live and self purpose in your quest for self improvement
4. Repeat whenever life becomes stagnant
>your life will be infinitely more interesting than the average rat race worker

I sleep 6 hours a day.
The first week is just plain horrible. You feel tired, grumpy and sometimes fall asleep randomly.
Afterwards things start to get alot better.
But to have only 45 minutes of free time means something else is wrong.

Broker for what? Securities?
If you are aspiring to be a stockbroker, you need to grind it out until you have made it, this should be #1 focus. You could still stay fit 2-3/week(probably mostly on the weekend). More importantly, eat healthy=meal prep.
