I'm dedicated, 2 months in ive lost 8kgs but starting to lose direction. My biggest disgust in the mirror isnt the 10kg lumps of fat on my hips, its my fucking posture.
I might add im nervous doing free weight squats as my form sucks and i dont want to be out, injured.

On a 2% incline, a 1.5 mile run in 12.5 minutes followed by a 1 minute rest followed by another 1.5 mile run to be done in 10 minutes.
However I also need to be able to do 16 pull-ups, 60 press ups and 85 sit ups each in their own 1.5 minute period.
Should I only be doing body weight to failure alongside the running?
