Fuck you respect your mother you piece of shit unless you have a serious reason beyond her appearance than fuck right off and go be a good son.
>>40181800
you should always love and respect your mother no matter what all the time forever
do I really need to do power cleans?
I hate that retarded exercise
why can't I just do deadlifts?
>>40181660
yes you fucking do, otherwise your deads and bench will stall out and you'll enter the t-rex danger zone.
also, sub in incline bench instead of flat bench for better looking shoulders and arms, it's the single major change needed for SS to be a perfect beginner routine
>>40181660
You can do speed deadlifts or high pulls instead.
>>40181660
no, just keep doing bench, OHP, and rows and add in some pull ups and dips to get upper body more
STOP BUMPING INTO ME AS I WALK PASSED YOU FUCK OFF YOU'RE ALREADY A HEAD TALLER THAN ME STOP RAMMING INTO ME FUCK YOU'VE ALREADY WON

>basically body checks me
wtf was his problem?
>still think about this event 3 years later
>see jacked kid across the gym
>jealous that i wasn't as big as him when i was his age
>walk over to get some weights and see i'm near enough a foot taller than him and he's visibly intimidated by me
>no longer jealous, feel sorry for him instead
daily reminder to fellow tallfriends that manlets didn't choose to be the height they are
I need some fit appoved haircuts so I don't look like pic related anymore
>>40181461
Shave the sides.
>>40181461
ask for a number 2 on the sides
Get some clippers and cut your own hair. No 2 on the sides. No8 on top. No need to blend

Hijacking this thread to ask for favorite meal prep/bulk & batch cooking recipes and combos. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and want ideas.
Is your gym busy on weekends bros? I find mines empty as fuck on weekends
>>40181167
My gym is a lot busier Monday-thursday
It's about a third of that on fri-sunday
I've only been to my golds on the weekends, and it only gets a little crowded at certain times on the weekends (usually early/late afternoon when people are done doing their normie shit). The biggest problem is the gym isn't as equipped as I'd like with only one squat rack and two flat benches.
I'm going to try out my uni gym today though and see how it compares.
>>40181208
Yeah I find people stick to more of s gym routine through the week so it's a lot busier than weekends
Post the 'lets that afflict you.
For me:
>wristlet
>hairlet
>taintlet
>facelet
I'm tall and swole though.
>>40181095

>tall
*BBBRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTooooooooooooooOOOOOoop*
>>40181114
The 'let qualities that affect you.
ive been lifting for a few months now and my lifts have improved but arent that impressive. Im somewhat dyel and i want to get into sprinting to increase my speed and stamina gains but i dont want to lose my strength gains and go back to the skeletal i was. What should i do fit?
>>40180963
Short sprints don't murder gains m80. Look at bolt if you don't believe me.
>>40180963
Oh look its the cardio kills gains meme again
Fucking retard meathead
>>40181001
how long should my sprints before i start to losing muscle?
I want to do 50m to 200m or is that too much
Can just brisk walking everywhere you go (eg to the mall, to the tube station) and doings things like always running up stairs rather than using elevators be considered light cardio?
Bump 1.
There won't be a second.
Don't make me get my great heathen army /fit/
>>40180844
>this is what fat fucks actually believe
It's certainly better than nothing. Anything which gets your heart pumping fast is good. It probably won't help you lose weight unless you're doing a lot (hours). Walking is also good for your posture which can make you look a lot better.
Let's get a motivational thread going

>Formula One drivers are some of the most highly conditioned athletes on earth, their bodies specifically adapted to the very exacting requirements of top-flight single-seater motor racing.
>All drivers need to undergo a period of conditioning to cope with the physical demands of the sport: no other race series on earth requires so much of its drivers in terms of stamina and endurance. The vast loadings that Formula One cars are capable of creating, anything up to a sustained 3.5 g of cornering force, for example, means drivers have to be enormously strong to be able to last for full race distances. The extreme heat found in a Formula One cockpit, especially at the hotter rounds of the championship, also puts vast strain on the body: drivers can sweat off anything up to 3kg of their body weight during the course of a race.
>Most drivers undergo an intensive period of cardio-vascular training ahead of the season and then taper their exercise regime to maintain their fitness levels throughout the year. Popular training methods include running, swimming and cycling.
>F1 drivers also do strength training, though for weight saving reasons they are always mindful of building too much muscle. The unusual loadings experienced by neck and chest muscles mean that these are the most heavily targeted areas.
>G-forces experienced negotiating a bend can make the head and helmet weigh around five times as much as normal, and the neck must support both.
>Although F1 cars have power assisted steering, strong arm muscles and a strong core are also required to enable the car to be controlled during longer races.

that's fantastic. I'm happy that they're so strong. but I would rather look good and have good strength than look like shit and have amazing strength.
I'm not an F1 driver though OP
I'm just an anon who wants to look good
Or they could do crew. Another richfag sport that provides better conditioning, and aesthetics.
If I squat every day and don't eat animal products I will look like him, right?
is this the natty limit?
He's only recently gone vegan to counteract steroid abuse
I bet his shoulder acne comes from his super healthy vegan diet lmao
