What should i be doing at the gym to fix my fucked up slouchy man child posture?
I'm dedicated, 2 months in ive lost 8kgs but starting to lose direction. My biggest disgust in the mirror isnt the 10kg lumps of fat on my hips, its my fucking posture.
I might add im nervous doing free weight squats as my form sucks and i dont want to be out, injured.

Deadlifts, lunges and anything else that targets hip flexors, core and back.
