Took me a week or so too anon then it starts dropping very consistent. Give it two weeks then adjust. I also stalled at 194 for like a week and half. Idk what happened there. Started at 205 and now about to break under 190

So, after years of trying hard and doing different tactics, I have come down to the BEST ways to get laid, bar none

This is my honest opinion, I know it may offend some people, but here it goes

To get laid:

God tier
>Build a massive social circle around yourself
Women will literally jump on your dick, you don't have to lift a finger

Good tier
>Master pickup/game/charisma
This works quite good, but requires effort

Okay tier
>Have good genes
Handsome guys get laid, but not as much as a popular or charismatic guy

Bad tier
>Lift
Yes, it helps, but lifting alone won't do much unless you have good genes

Shit tier
>Just b urself
Needs no explanation


This is my opinion, coming from a 27 year old guy who went from lonely autist to getting laid ALOT
The bottom line is that lifting for girls is okay, but not the best solution out there

What's your favourite exercise?

What's the last thing you added that made the biggest difference?

For me it's adding lunges after 1 year of nothing but squats and deadlifts for legs. They've blown up both my thighs and calves and I hear they're also better for lower glutes. Blew my mind how quickly my legs grew

Chest dips never made much of a difference for me, I'm not sure why. But Cable Crossovers definitely did.

Chest is a stubborn bitch no matter what though.

Literally doesnt matter. Shrugs are an isolation exercise that dont have any effect on other muscles.

But it is a back muscle, so technically it should be on your back day.

I noticed while deadlifting some guy was using a belt (and terrible curled lumbar form) to DL about 2.5plaet
Seeing as I can do 3plaet with no belt/straps/anything and I think it's nothing special, is there an objective weight you should aim for before using assistance equipment?
