I'm a fat boy who doesn't want to get insanely fit, just less fat. I've been switching up what I eat daily it's pretty hard but I'm doing good so far I think.
I go to the gym once a week, not as much as I should but every other day I go for a long walk and do push ups.
Will this work in helping me be less fat? just push ups? Again I'm not worried about getting super big.
