How do you target mid and lower traps. I got upper traps but

Then you suddenly have mid and lower traps.

put the bench 1 or 2 settings down from 90 degrees, leave on it with your chest and shrug

Look up "prone trap raises" on Youtube. I superset these with shrugs. Feels great.
