full body 4x a week is impossible without overlaping days. youd do have to do 3 one week and 4 the next with no more then a day of rest in between workouts.
I'd just do the 3x a week and take the weekends off.

You're gonna really want to fap.
So.
1)Set a goal. Start with 7 days and go from there. Tell yourself that you can quit if you want after that 7th day, but until then, nofap. Chances are you'll want to keep going once you get to day 7. Set another goal, day 21. And so forth.
2)Have a contingency plan. Talk yourself through what you're gonna do if you reaaaaaly wanna whack it. For example, resolve to go lift or do cardio when you get an urge.
Eventually your urges will become very infrequent and it'll be smooth sailing.
