How does /fit/ feel about heart rate monitors? I'm a recovering fatty (6'2", 199 down from 306), and it would be nice to have when counting cals with cardio, but I've heard their accuracy is shit, and I feel like relying on one would be hazardous to me reaching my goals as efficiently as possible.
They are utter shit to count spent calories because overestimate calorie usage, I only use them to measure my hearth rate.

Updated version should have L-citrulline instead of L-arginine. The body converts L-citrulline into arginine more effectively than it is able to absorb the L-arginine in pill form.
Sleep and hydration produced the biggest gains in cum shot size for me. Celery is good for making it pearly white. Kegels are good for shooting distance, as the image says.
