My boyfriend is really irresponsible when it comes to waking up on time. He goes to bed at 2-4am, and then he often misses his morning class or sleeps past his starting time at work. When we're together and sleeping in, he sleeps for about sixteen hours - probably to make up for all of the sleep he loses during the week. One time, I came over to his house in the afternoon, and banging on the door and ringing the doorbell for half an hour did not wake him. He might have a sleep disorder, but I think one way to tell if he does is getting enough sleep on weekdays and seeing if he's still tired, but he just does not do this. But then, when he misses school or work, he's miserable that he failed at this.
Will missing school and work enough motivate him to go to bed earlier, or should I try to intervene somehow? I am torn between wanting to help him, because I don't want to see him miserable, and leaving him to learn his lesson the hard way.

Gentleman, I'd never thought I'd say it, but I should've listened to your advice. A few months ago I came on here and detailed a weird relationship I had with a woman that was bringing me down. Well anyways, this woman had an issue with intimacy and was clearly emotionally unavailable. Two weeks of no contact and she sent her gay best friend to try and convince me to talk to her. She said she realized she needed me in her life and she wouldn't leave. Fast forward to last week and she pretty much deserted me again. She said she wasn't ready and this was getting too serious. Which is bullshit because I'm overseas and we were doing it long distance for a bit. but I just feel duped. I know realize I should've just ended it. She told me I was too good for her and she wasnt ready, but immediately I saw that she started to flirt with a guy on IG and they added each other on Spotify, she's making him playlists with music I would send her haha. Probably to piss me off but whatever. Anyways I just wanted to ask and get some general comments on emotionally unavailable women. What do I do now? So i need advice about getting a job, or well, a different job.
To clarify i already have a good job. Good pay, good benefits, not an overly stressful work environment. Everyone i complain to basically tells me to shut up, cause where im from the job i have is something allot of people would like to do (its data entry, allot better payed then most stuff).
Problem is im very unhappy. Not with the job itself, it is boring as fucking shit, but its not that. Thing is that im kind of a introvert by nature, i like people and people like me, i just like people in small doses, and when i can function like that i am generally happy.
This data entry job tho, it forces me to be surrounded by people day in and day out, with their banter, with their problems, everything. I dont hate them, they like me and i like most of them, but i dont really feel like working there, at all. I took a 2 week vacation and it felt amazing just being home for 2 weeks. Today was my first day back, i wanted to gnaw my arms off in frustration.
Worse off, while im now in a office with like 30 people jabbering on all the time, im soon to be transferred into an "open space", where there will be like 300 people in one room talking.
So what kind of jobs can you work from home? I dont mind working, i dont need tons of money, i just want to work from home. Even if its data entry like im doing now, as long as i can do it from the comfort of my own home. My ex worked with Photoshop, and worked for some American company from the comfort of her own home, but i cant really ask her, nor am i good with Photoshop.
TLDR: I want to get a job i can do from the comfort of my own home so i dont have to socialize more then i feel comfortable with.
