Had sex with my new gf for the first time last night, used a condom but it fell off at some point. I'm 90% sure it came off when we were done so there shouldn't be any risk, also she's on the pill and has been for over any year, but missed some pills last week. Are we safe? Anyone had experiences like this?

Today my girlfriend told me that if I don't agree with her politically then I am against her. I told her to drop it and I don't want to discuss politics because it's volatile. Please don't do it. She was insistent in telling me I'm a bad person and that I'm selfish. I told her I'm dedicating my life to charity work(education, training, food assistance and fixing old cars and donating them) but continued to go on about how bad of a person I am because I disagree with her.

I don't care that we disagree. I encouraged her to find clubs and friends that share her views and she did so and I'm genuinely happy for her. I don't like her talking down to me, with disgust or shame or whatever because I don't agree with her.

And no I'm not an extremist nazi communist or something. I guess I'm somewhere between libertarian and conservative. I feel like a garden variety American honestly. She is in to social justice, leftist thought and anarchy/feminism. Which I disagree with ideologically I guess but it doesn't really matter to me or affect how I treat her.

She didn't used to be like this. She is getting really standoffish and rude and disrespectful and I try to avoid politics altogether.. Heck I dropped some of my political activities and people I talked to.

I've been with her for 3 years and she moved across the country to be with me. I've traveled with her and see her often as I can. Everything is a model relationship until she gets all politically charged and then she just removes all empathy or understanding and harasses me about politics

I feel very alone. I don't have anybody left to talk to. I got my gun and some whisky but I'm not stupid so it's just sitting in front of me in my closet.

I know the simple answer is just break up but is there anything else.. We've invested a lot together I don't want to just throw it all away over petty politics

I'm meeting my half-sister for the first time this weekend. She wanted to meet me because my dad talks about me a lot. I don't really know what to say to her though, I'm kind of nervous. What do I do with her, what do I say? I'm drawing blanks.

Say you knew a dude that got a boner from owing you $, getting charged interest, and making payments. He doesn't want to be your friend, he just wants to pay you regularly, long term. How do i ask a girl out...

Ive loved this girl for a year now, shes always so kind to me, and shes beautiful... but everytime i attempt to ask her out, i cant get the words out, and force myself to back down, and bullshit my way through small talk so she doesnt know what i planned on doing. How do you deal with the fact you've grown up too fast?

By that I mean having had many diverse experiences before the age of 25. I've read hundreds of books, held many jobs, ran a business, had multiple girlfriends and one-night stands, experienced parental divorce and my own divorce, travelled dozens of countries, made music in a band that wasn't totally shit, quite proficient at electric guitar, regularly go out and film my city and wildlife, try out new things all the time for fun like joining classes at the gym, pretty comfortable in terms of living (inherited home), meet new people often and go to as many galleries, showings, films and festivals as I can. Sometimes I take my own time where I go into solitude for a month or two and write a little bit. I also managed to obtain a degree.


I don't know if I can handle another 60-70 years of this. I know for sure I haven't experienced *everything* in life but I know I've experienced perhaps a little too much in too quick a time.

I don't mean to sound like a fag but I'm not depressed nor am I suicidal. I don't even feel bored.

I just feel like I'm done. That I've finished my job on earth or something along those lines.

Any advice?

(Btw, I certainly don't want to have any children whatsoever)
