How do you deal with the fact you've grown up too fast?

By that I mean having had many diverse experiences before the age of 25. I've read hundreds of books, held many jobs, ran a business, had multiple girlfriends and one-night stands, experienced parental divorce and my own divorce, travelled dozens of countries, made music in a band that wasn't totally shit, quite proficient at electric guitar, regularly go out and film my city and wildlife, try out new things all the time for fun like joining classes at the gym, pretty comfortable in terms of living (inherited home), meet new people often and go to as many galleries, showings, films and festivals as I can. Sometimes I take my own time where I go into solitude for a month or two and write a little bit. I also managed to obtain a degree.

I don't know if I can handle another 60-70 years of this. I know for sure I haven't experienced *everything* in life but I know I've experienced perhaps a little too much in too quick a time.

I don't mean to sound like a fag but I'm not depressed nor am I suicidal. I don't even feel bored.

I just feel like I'm done. That I've finished my job on earth or something along those lines.

Any advice?

(Btw, I certainly don't want to have any children whatsoever)

You're just content. If you don't want to feel content just wait until a new curiosity comes around.

it doesnt sound like you grew up too fast, but if you think you did, just recapture your childhood.

I manage an entire business. the owner says he loves me working there because I have the personality of a child, but the competence of someone his age. and thats something i dont want to change anytime soon.

but you dont sound like you grewup too fast, just that you like new things.and right now you need a break., it happens.

try taking time to just be in maintenence mode. you'll soon rest up, get bored, and be ready for the next adventure.

It has been quite the while now.

I am certainly curious about a lot of things but I don't feel it is 'time' yet to pursue them.

I guess I'll have to live through this for now or perhaps commit suicide some point next year.

that's a cool story to tell normies but you never actually did something special, right? not special as in running a business, but something that there actually isnt a set path for. you also never legitimately struggled from what you said.

take from that what you will bro

This.

I'm being honest here.

You sound like a really cool distinguished fellow and all, and your lifes cool and you're living well.. but you also sound unbelievably pretentious. The fact you would even come to an advice board "guys help my life's amazing and it's still fine what do I do!?" Is pretty lame of you.

Your lifes going to continue and happen as it does. End of story. My only advice is to remove your head from your colon.

This is serious advice. And also I do respect you.. if it drives the point home more that your head is lodged in your colon.

kinda this, but less severe. it was a little pretentious, but acceptable up until the 'MAYBE ILL JUST WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR AND KILL YMSELF' bit.

you dont sound like you've faced any hardship which is what we consider growing up in the real world. you literally live in your childhood home, but without parents.

it sounds like you got to have a very nice childhood and didnt really have to grow up.

that isnt to say anything negative about you. a lot of great people haven't really had to grow up in that sense. and its okay. as long as you can take care of yourself, not much else matters. instead of sitting around on the net all day you did something with your timje and developed yourself. I wouldnt quite call it distinguished but you're a well rounded person.

take a break from life, and when you get bored, you'll find something new to inspire you.
