I tripped over and hit my head into the wooden floor. All of this happened to me yesterday, but I didnt go to the hospital because I thought I was okay. There was some immediate pain, but after some tylenol the pain went down.
But today, the pain has gotten much worse especially around the jaw area. When I saw my pillow yesterday there was some clear liquidy discharge. I dont want to go the doctors because I can't pay for all the scans and visits and I am pretty sure my insurance wont cover it. Help?

Guys, this is serious and I'm thinking of suing.
My Original Character, Jacob Letterheart, who I came up in 2012 and has been on the internet since 2015, was STOLEN AND IS BEING USED AS A STOCK ANIME PROFILE PICTURE.
As you can see from the piccture here, MY CHARACTER'S design has been RIPPED OFF and is being used WITHOUT my permission.
What should I do about this? Do I have a case? Is it possible I can get these people to pay up for stealing from me?
It's very hard when you're an aspiring and talented artist and people constantly steal from you. I want to be a professional artist and stuff like this has been very discouraging :(

My girlfriend is... kind of a like-whore.
She's on Instagram or Facebook all day liking pretty much everything she sees by anyone. She's told me before she doesn't even really look at who's posted it, she just likes stuff. I, on the other hand, think likes are personal, and never like anything unless it's from someone I personally know or have contact with frequently. She also accepts random Facebook friend invites from literally anyone.
Is it common for women to be obsessed like this?

So I want to break up with my gf who has been living with me in an apartment without helping financially for a long long time and has been emotionally abusive
But in order to break the lease in ANY way or to avoid having an eviction notice under my name I have to get her to sign something
Im worried she's not mature enough to sign the legal documentation and she is emotionally blackmailing me with suicide if I ever break up with her
She is also extremely physically intimidating

this to. Bring it to the land lord and explain she is dead weight and making your stay difficult. Any good land lord will know that this situation is going to blow up in their face as well and will want to resolve it before you can no longer pay your rent or damage is done to the property.
Do all of this with out letting her know because as soon as she thinks something is up she will probably start fucking with you big time and manipulating the situation to make it look like you are the problem. After many hours of playing DOOM (2016) on a hard wooden surface (moderately ventilated), my hard drive started ticking. Laptop did a chkdsk on startup and got stuck at 73%. Repairman said hard drive failure probably due to overheating. I ordered an SSD instead and will get a cooling mat. I'm currently running of the primary SSD already in my laptop (it had an SSD and 1TB HDD). I haven't been gaming with it at all since then. I was using google maps and going into street view, with my laptop on a hard wooden desk in a well vented area, for many hours on end, and there were minor graphical issues on street view like it just going black, or not loading properly (despite it being an incredible graphics card), etc, and occasionally the laptop would instantly go into sleep mode. Eventually, it would stay in sleep mode and only turn on for a few seconds before going back. It only felt mildly warm. Called the guy and he said it's probably some kind of voltage error that is causing the graphics card to overheat, which also killed the hard drive, and that I should take it in to him asap.
So that's the entire story is as much detail as possible.

Intel i7-6700HQ ~2.6GHz, 8 cores
16GB RAM
GeForce GTX 960M ~12GB
Intel HD Graphics 530 ~8GB

I've had it since mid summer.
What does /adv/ think? Is he on the money? Could there be another source? How fucked am I? It's a really fucking expensive laptop and I don't have insurance so I'm hoping to god it's fixable. I just want a second opinion.

I let a friends friend use my uber account a few months back. Everything was fine but I ended up changing my password because i got nervous, since i saw she almost racked up $1000 in uber trips that night....
Anyways, two days ago i find that there was a "chargeback" on one of the trips she took, and i got double charged $130 for it. I've contacted uber and they can't do anything.
I've tried calling , messaging this girl and she is avoiding me. My friends even called her and she picks up but when we ask if she will pay me, she immediately hangs up then blocks them.
Am i basically screwed?
I know her facebook and know where she lives. Can I get the police involved?
To her $130 is probably nothing because she is a rich bitch, but the fact that she's this selfish to not even pay me back for charges SHE made is astonishing.
What should I do /adv/ ? 130 may not be a lot for others, but i'm a struggling student and the charges nearly drained my account.. i have no money for food this week. like wtf. I understand it's my fault for letting a stranger use my account & i've learned from it... but is there anything i can do at this point? Or will the police tell me it's my fault too? FML

35 y/o soon to be ex-neet here. tomorrow i start a new job with 50% more pay than my previous one, which was almost 1.5 years ago. during all this time i've done little other than playing video games, watching movies and masturbating. i don't have many friends and the ones i have are all married or apparently too tied up to hang out with me. last girl i slept with gave me some kind of warts that doctors can't seem to be able to remove, so no sex for me for a couple years now. my mother, blessed be her heart, is incapable of uttering a nicety to me or be supporting. today it all came down crashing and i'm at the brink of a mental breakdown. all i want to do is cry. this feels fucking unbearable, and tomorrow i need to present my best self to a new company, and i feel like it's going to be a fucking disaster.

Lately I've been getting panic attacks because I can't cope with the fear of death. I'm not sure if anyone out there has the same problem, but I want to know if there's a way to cope with it?
I know everyone dies at some point, and that life itself is kinda meaningless, but I wanna get over this stupid fear...
