Slim but semi-fit from sports and a somewhat labor intensive job.

6'4, 175 lbs.

Want to get into working out simply to look and feel better. Not be hella jacked, just toned.

Concerned with not knowing what kind of workouts/routines to do while at the gym, feel like I will be awkward and out of place skinny dude.

No knowledge of fitness, dont know where to begin.

Pick one of the beginner routines there. Or just pick any beginner routine from google if you're not too bothered about maximising strength progress.

exrx.net has a gif showing how to do pretty much every single lift there is. and if youre not sure still, youtube will always have a million step by step guides to learning any exercise.

But seriously, read the sticky, its got a lot of helpful info.

It's been months since I started prep cooking and I've got it down rather well.

What meat like products taste decently good after being frozen then reheated in a microwave. Also stay somewhat the same texture? I've been eating fish for moths, and it's still great, just looking for a change up.
