protip: you're gay.
source: so am I. but only slightly.
no homo though.
I tried nofap, and started having incredibly painful wet dreams every night. My balls would be in agony for half the day. Don't do it, bros.
I'm out of entry-tier pre-workout. What should I get. Cheaper is better, but im open to suggestions.

Don't waste your money on pre-workout, retard.

I use APS Mesomorph. Taste made me throw up on many occasions. 65 MG of DMAA in each scoop makes up for it.
I remember my biology teacher at high school saying this meme
>We use 90% of our calories to produce heat
Therefore, wouldn't the best cutting strategy be targeting that 90% of the calories by losing heat?
For example if I start eating ice, drinking cold water and wearing little to no clothes now in the winter (I'm in the southern hemisphere) be a better strategy than cardio or limiting caloric intake even more?
>>38005966
DNP
>>38005966
You use probably close to 90% of your calories just by being alive, breathing, having a heartbeat, walking, etc. Body heat is part of that but not all of it.
Being cold enough to shiver will cause you to burn a bit more calories, but the difference is pretty minimal. It's not going to be enough to create a caloric deficit if you're not already in one.
Seriously, it's just so much easier to not eat the thing than to justify burning the calories that were in the thing.
>BMR: 2000
>TDEE: 3500
2000 is nowhere near 90% of 3500

How much of the legend of Milo Of Croton do you think is possible?
Obviously its unlikely this stuff is true, but do you think it might be possible for someone else to do?
>>38005873
>>38005873
Yes. Also look up Joe Greenstein, capable of pulling planes by hair, biting metal spikes in half, bursting out of chains at will, and once stopped a bullet with his skull. All documented in newspapers, read "The Mighty Atom". Pierre Gasnier achieved this too.
Johnny Holtum could block cannonballs with hands - first time he did he lost three fingers but held onto it. Alex Zass, fighter for Russian army, got captured by Austrians, locked up in prison. Escaped by bending the bars and breaking open the doors.
Many of the strongmen who performed the most powerful feats went to and beyond the limits of human willpower and ability.
http://breakingmuscle.com/strength-conditioning/get-stronger-today-with-lessons-from-old-time-strongmen
If you really apply yourself mentally, you will do things that seem superhuman to others. Doesn't even have to be strengthwise. Read a scientific report on this Jewish holocaust survivor. His family and friends all died but he survived through willpower, blocking out the pain and suffering with his mind. Later in life he used this to become a performer who would stick himself with needles, etc. to prove his "ability". There are monks who can control their body temperature and a yogi who could control his cardiovascular system at will. It's entirely possible that historical figures like Hercules and Samson were also humans who were capable of achieving such feats to secure their immortality in our canon. So to answer your question, Milo could well have done those things. The only thing that seems dubious is maybe the thing with the temple veins, everything else is possible.
There are 7 billion human bodies on the planet, yet so few humans who know how to use them

I want visible abs

abs is visible at 17% if you work abs.
>inb4 abs made in the kitchen meme
abs to an extent are part diet but you still need to work them to make them bigger like any other muscle group
>>38005848
I'be seen 2 different doctors and a gym dietician and all 3 tell me that this shit on my stomach is lose skin from losing 65 pounds in 5 months, are they legit or what? Also if it is skin how am I ever gonna see abs?
>>38005914
yeah senpai they seem right. Thats a lot of weight in little time, nice job on that brah.
You shouldn't worry about abs and you should instead worry about getting rid of the loose skin surgically. That skin is probably blocking abs from being visible.
Can you get a frontal pic of it like in a mirror or something?
We're all gonna make it
i wanna blast my damn nigga music in the gym. what speaker do you recommend that will soar across the entire gym floor.
this is for my first day in this new gym so i want to be make an impression and be known as 'that guy'. at first people will wonder what my deal is, but you're all introverts who can't say anything with their chest anyway.
i'll talk to folks about music tastes and shit, since talking about lifting is utterly boring. that's just a hop skip and jump away from forming a new circle.

STRETCH MOFO
Okay. So I've always been a skinny person, hovering around 130 pounds at 5"5. During the winter I had an extreme - I mean extreme sensitivity to cold. I'd have to hide under a heated blanket for an hour to warm up from 5 minutes outside. I was also very fatigued. I went to a doctor to ask about it, maybe hypothyroidism, but he asked if I have ever had depression, I said yes, and he ignored my concerns about my thyroid and focused in on depression. Long story short, I'm on Effexor now and it's really helping my depression. But in the past few months I've been losing weight like I've never seen before. I've been 130 for over 6 years and I'm suddenly around 118-119. What is this??? My arms are skinny, my legs are skinny. I've always had thick, muscular legs. It's weird.
Here's the hard part- around the same time I decided to get on Effexor, I started really getting serious about nutrition. I cut out sugar almost completely from my diet, and quit snacking. Now I eat almost exclusively healthy, sugar-free foods. Plant based, not vegetarian, I do indulge - but mostly. I've never eaten this healthy before. But 10 pounds in under 2 months? That seems a little extreme, especially because I was only 130 before. Help? I don't want to be unhealthy.

What to do if your parents are gains goblins?
>Won't let me sleep enough to recover normally(they go to sleep at like 11 pm and are up by 6 being loud AF, so even if I sleep at the same time as them it's not enough)
>Keep nagging me about getting a job and moving out and doing chores which further lowers my testosterone via cortisol
>Won't buy good food so I can't bulk nor cut properly
>Can't get gf because of their bullshit
Fuck man I know I'm a NEET but why do they have to be like this? I'm so jeally of other neets.
What do I do? I'm considering just taking what money I have and moving by myself to le big city and starting a new life but I have no job, no gf and no real skills.
How did /fit/bros deal with their gains goblins of a family?
go to sleep at 10 and be loud af at 5
> I'm considering just taking what money I have and moving by myself to le big city and starting a new life but I have no job, no gf and no real skills.
Do it, fall flat on your face, realize what your parents do for you, move in with your parents, and start being a little grateful and helping out around the house, and make something of your life
I hope this is a troll thread

I've got a question
I'm a functional alcoholic at the age of 26, I drink a lot of beer and rarely hard liquor. With a lot I mean like 5-6 half liters heavy beer every day. A year ago I had a decent body, not fat or whatever. Now I'm starting to notice because of the beer I'm getting a beer belly like pic related. I dont really feel like quitting drinking any time soon since I'm a russian and it's in my blood.
Are there any good ways to reduce a beer belly while still drinking beer heavily? Would going to a gym or whatever get rid of it?
>tl;dr: best way for an alcoholic to get rid of beer belly while still drinking
>>38005320
bump
>>38005320
I'm not really sure there's a good way of working 5-6 liters of heavy beer into your calorie intake, you don't have to quit just cut back.
You're kidding right? If you aren't going to stop drinking for a while, atleast cut back to weekend drinking. Jesus.
can anybody on /fit/ share their experiences with yohimbine? Does it really "loosen up" fat in certain areas? That would seem to be the opposite of everything that I have ever known regarding weight loss and fitness. Naturally i'm a bit skeptical
Its a meme. Barely effective
>>38005303
keto is better for "loosening up fat" if that's what you're after
>>38005303
I've been taking it for a month I've lost a lot more body fat since I've stared could be a coincidence who knows
Why don't fat girls like fat boys?
