How much water does /fit/ drink a day?
I ask because I decided to measure my water intake yesterday. Turns out I drank 8 litres (Just under 2 gallons) of water between 6am - 8pm
Is this too much? Does anyone else drink this much regularly or am I edging into water intoxication territory?
I've read conflicting articles online; while I don't want to die I find drinking water helps me diet. I weigh 68kg and I'm 5'8

Hi, /fit/. I've been having a weird problem with my dick lately.
When I pull my foreskin back, there's some white substance under the ridge of the head. At first I thought it was smegma (which was frustrating because I clean it every day in the shower), but now I think it's dead skin, either from dryness or some other reason.

I've always wondered how the fuck Greeks were able to get enough protein. Their breakfast was just bread dipped in wine, so that's basically one meal out the window. For lunch and dinner they ate a bunch of fruit, vegetables, bread and chicken while drinking goat milk.
It's a far way from a /fit/ diet of 1.8-2.2g protein per kg, yet some of them were pretty well-built.
Have we been duped by Big Protein into believing we need way more protein than we really do?
