I want to fucking destroy the misconception on /fit/ that full body compound movements are only for novices. THEYRE FOR FUCKING EVERYONE. Even if you're at an ELITE level, your focus should always be 100% around full body.

97kg, 178cm, 2300kcal, loosing 3kg per month

Years lifting: 4+
Calories: 2400<
Protein: 150g+
Lift: 3 days per week ( Full-Body )
Cardio: 7 days per week ( 30minutes per day )
I don't track anything on bulks, but I get up to about 185lbs on bulks.

To cut back down to 163lbs shredded, I limit my calories to a range of 2000-2400. Staying with the 2000 to 2400 range eventually gets me back down to 163lbs in a shredded state. (2400 calories = 163lbs maintenance for me)

OK guys, I have a fucking problem.

I'm a 23 year old male, 185cm (6'1") and only 57kg (125 lbs)

I've been to several doctors. my thyroid levels are normal and I no specific illnesses, yet i don't seem to be able to put on weight!

Should I go to the gym? how and what should I eat? and how do I increase my appetite?

This shit is affecting my life more than you can imagine. I look hideous! I can never even get half naked around someone since I'm too embarrassed of how I look.

Any advice would be appreciated.

anyways, I'd suggest doing small progressions in your daily kcal intake. for example start with adding a small meal and drink a few extra glasses of milk for a week. start somewhere. then the next week, start increasing the sizes of your regular meals by some amount while maybe adding another daily snack with say nuts (or pnb, or w/e) or something high in calories. keep progressing until you find that you're adding maybe 3-4 kilos a month? you're tall.

I wouldnt suggest going balls out exercise wise because you'd only lose even more weight, but do some light bodyweight shit such as some core calisthenics workout 3 times a week to get your foundation (core strength) up

keep this up til you're 70 kgs and then start thinking about next step training wise

I get aggressive alot, but it can be an effect of being underweight.

I've tried adding small meals like a banana and stuff like that to my diet, but i never noticed much of a difference.

This happened at my old gym, I moved to a new one a while ago.

There was this guy, absolute skinniest skeleton I've ever seen. Was about 6' but must have weighed like 130lbs.
He always did the most retarded exercises. Some bullybois actually secretly recorded him and posted them in facebook groups.

For example. pic related. He loaded 12 plate onto a dip machine. Literally just moved his shoulders up and down to simulate movement, the machine didn't move an inch. Did same thing with shrugs. Loaded a barbell on the rack pins with like 6pl8 a side, then proceeded to shrugs his body up and down without the weight actually moving.

Then there is this. The pinnacle of his wtf.

I've been on a no soap no shanpoo "diet" for about three years now. scrub myself down with a loofah twice a week. rince off twice a day. use a soft scrub brush on my scalp. unscented deodorant and cologne (polo red, no it's not unscennted cologne. ignore my shit grammar). people (girls) regularly tell me I smell really nice.
