Dumbass question I know but here it goes:
What if I load up a Deadlift heavier then I can lift (say 250 kg) and I try my darndest to lift it. I do this every time I am at the gym.
Wouldn't I one day be able to pic it up? The exhaustion of trying to lift it , wouldn't it be pretty much my 100% RepMax? Or is it really the con/eccentric movement that is needed? How long do I have to try to lift it to be effective since I can't do reps?

Do some girls really have genetics that make them fat and not be able to lose weight?
I have a housemate who is pretty fat. I only ever see her eating dinner, and she usually just has some salad or some shit. For breakfast she has one (just one) scoop of some 'women's weight loss protein' bullshit she buys because it's ''''low carb''''. I don't think she eats lunch, or at least I've never seen her eat lunch. Her daily calorie intake would be easily less than 1000cals. She goes to the gym probably about 2-3 times a week and basically does meme exercises for half an hour, but it must burn some calories.
Meanwhile my other female housemates are average weight but eat like absolute shit - heaps of junk food, candy, frozen chicken and other disgusting crap. And they do no exercise, but they still stay pretty slim.
I thought losing weight was just calories in < calories out. How does my housemate stay fat? Is she secretly drinking oil or something?

In high school, were people pumping out 10 movements for 3x10? No they were just trying to get their numbers up and I had some big ass kids in my high school. It worked for them.
If you strength up from 120 to 150lb bench then do 150 for reps won't you balloon up compared to wasting time doing 120lb for high reps?
Someone could convince me that they've seen no gains from light weight high reps. I could see that.
But you can't convince me that if someone goes up 50lbs on their bench (unless it's all from form) that their chest and tris don't get bigger
There's no secret to lifting heavier. Lift heavy, rest, repeat. Powerlifters get big.
Whereas bodybuilding is full of tricks and secrets. Rep range schemes, this and that supplement, natural test boosters, etc. Bodybuilders do try to confuse each other and try not to reveal secrets. When it becomes as confusing as it is, the fitness coaches and supplement companies profit. After you've tried these things and you're not seeing the results you like you decide to throw in the towel and buy a trainer or an expensive supplement.

seems like a very broad subject, I did hypertrophy routine for a bit over 1 year and got some decent size but no strength, then for the past few months I've started doing SL and have only seem size in my legs
I have heard the best routine is the one you stick with, that said if you keep lifting you'll get big and strong if you keep progressing and the end result will be the same weather you're doing hypertrophy or strength
