Extremely dangerous or not at all. Just depends on your body, condition, and the muscle imbalance. I have some strong imbalances in my hips and Glutes and it produced a stronger right leg, but it can cause me knee issues. My right tricep is weaker than my left, so my bench suffers a little

There's no way you ran two miles at a 5:30 pace while being fat like you said you are. You simply don't intake enough calories to exert that much sprinting energy.
