So I've been reading about body recomposition rather than the tradition bulking and cutting.

The basic premise is that rather than bulking or cutting one should should choose a target body weight and bodyfat % and eat as if you were trying to maintain that. It seems like there's some logic to that, but I don't really understand the details of muscle gain/fat loss well enough to tell if it's legit or not.

Then it's just called a clean bulk, and it's kind of what you are meant to do anyway.

Eat clean and max 500 calories above TDEE. Fat gain will be minimal (although you will always gain a tad of fat). Just go on a cut as soon as you reach 14% until you are down to like 10-12% again and continue clean bulking from there.

anyone ever go to a tanning shop? i live in a no sun part of the world and i'm a pasty fucker

not looking to be bronzed with a deep tan, just don't want to be reflective in the sun. it hurts my eyes when i look at my arms with bright sunlight on them. are tanning shops ok for the super white?

Bro peanut butter is literally the god tier bulking food, eat that shit out of the jar or with anything man, just go for it. Also, if you wanna cut back on sugar or sodium, go for organic PB, which in my opinion tastes pretty much the same as anything else, just alot creamier

Also, drink a lot of whole milk for those calories

Some of you might have seen the Olympic athlete with red circles on their body. This is called cupping, driving blood to that area as a way to speed recovery.

I'd like to share with you an even better way to accomplish the same thing, and I've been using it with the athletes I train on a daily basis. I call it "Mosquito Cupping™". You place dozens of mosquitoes in a sealed cup and open the cup while pressing on the sore body part (there are many ways to catch them).

We've had amazing results. Notice your skin during your next mosquito bite. The area becomes red, rushed full of blood even if you don't touch it. Imagine this times 100. As long as you don't scratch it, the itch goes away quickly. The soreness or stiffness that area has goes away too.

Fuck no brah, I always wake up around the same time at night because I need to pee, fucking things sucks! Also, when I'm in my half a awake state I'm really tempted to eat something because my blood sugar levels are so low. This is bad because I'm on a cut.

Also, I do a lot of cardio so I sweat a lot so I guess that's one of the reason I pee so frequently(that my body lacks sodium to hold the water).

Hey /fit/, dumbass spaghetti OP from yesterday. I took wjat some of you guys said and reworked my intake, doing MILES better today!

Morning

Yogurt - 100kcal

2 eggs w/ pepper and mushroom - 200kcal

Lunch

Chips - 280kcal
Hummus - 100kcal
Protein shake w/ banana - 375kcal

Dinner
Bean burrito - 310kcal
Beef burrito - 360kcal
12 grain crackers - 170kcal

And the cream in my coffee today was the last 80 calories

2000 total in the whole day and I don't feel hungry.

I was at 2200 by 10:30am yesterday and starved the entire day.
