The point, for me at least, is to be healthy and improve my quality of life for as long as possible.

Bump limit on old thread

Just started bulking after 3 months of lifting, and my lifts are still plateauing, how long to I keep at it before I switch to a non linear progression routine?

Is it your left Achilles that hurts? If it's all on your left side you might need to start rolling a lot more and stretching frequently. Roll your feet on golf balls to see if it eases up your Achilles tightness as well. ICe you knees every day and slow your running right down and you may get away with not needing a break. Prob should have 1-2 days anyway while trying to rehab it. Good luck

Hey /fit/ I live in Japan and it's pretty expensive to eat protein unless I eat tofu and particularly natto (fermented soybeans). Other types of beans are pretty expensive so I don't eat them too much. One plus is I live in the middle of nowhere so vegetables are dirt cheap.
Nutrition of natto is:
1 pack (40g): 77kcal
Protein: 6.7g
Fat:3.6g
Carbs:4.7g

Should I just spend all of my money eating chicken or will this type of vegetable protein be okay?

This is why I love my gym. Literally 10 bucks a month. So we have every ghetto / poor hood critter you can imagine. It's great because it keeps everyone in line, everyone is in there just trying to be prepared for the life they live. Petty shit like this never goes down.

I know there's no such thing as spot reduction, but why do some people store a lot of far in one area but not in others?

Like I see guys who are skinny all over but gave a huge gut, or women who's lower body is much bigger than her upper body and vice-versa.

Is it a hormonal thing? A lack of certain vitamins or nutrients?

Anyone take supps or foods for cumloads to enhance flavor, quality, amount, taste?

I have not noticed anything other than hydration and fapping to influence load, though zinc improves potency (helped me knock up wife) and tobacco definitely makes flavor awful.
