I'm in the process of losing weight. So far, my diet/exercise regiment consists of eating up to 1500 calories a day. (mostly Subway sandwiches and pre-packaged wal-mart salads with occasional package of sugar-free diced peaches or tangerines, along with 600 calories burned on a treadmill 4-5 nights a week).
I know I need to be lifting but I don't know where to begin. I don't, at the moment, want to gain muscle (that's on the back-burner for a later date). Can you guys and gals give me an idea of what I should be doing to burn the fat in my arms, and to lose my fupa and moobs? I've had some great results with my diet and exercise regiment so far, having lost 30 pounds over the summer, but I need to shed the motherfucking fupa and moobs, I followed a similar plan six years ago and lost a ton of weight (like 70 pounds in nine months) but I never completely shed my fupa and moobs.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You're not going to be able to burn fat off your stomach, chest, etc. You just have to lower your totally body fat percentage until you're satisfied.

Start doing 5x5 Stronglifts, it's very simple and you only need a barbell. Free weights are superior to machines imo anyway. It's the most effective way to add size
About your tits, if you have gyno it will never go completely away unless you get a surgery, since you're basically becoming a woman it wouldn't hurt to get your Testosterone levels checked aswell

So one or two workout sessions? Just isolate your core with 1 or 2 workouts at the gym once a week, I picked leg day.
I find since you're using your abs non-stop (like calves) the only effective training seems to be high-resistance (weight) crunches but actually crunching and not just folding like I see most people do.
If you don't have a crunch machine sit on the end of a bench with those padded parts, lock your legs in lean out and off of the bench, cross your arms with a dumbell/plate high up near your neck and crunch like that. Hell even cable crunches as long as you crunch and not fold which is basically a leg raise I swear
Have you tried performing crunches at the end of each of your exercise sessions? Doing them until you can't any longer?
Generally, you find, when you work the muscles you want to grow, they grow. But only if you work them! That's the REAL trick!!

Anyone else have no problem with bench pressing but are too scared to try and squat or deadlift?

Its a good rational fear. Squat and Deadlift are definitely risky lifts. Even the best who have meticulously perfected their form fuck their back up.
You just have to be confident and do them. They are really beneficial to your overall fitness. How do you expect to bench heavy dumbbells if you cant even bring them from the rack to the adjustable bench because your grip is weak?

Usually you'll stop getting DOMS after a couple of weeks of working out, if you go regularly. Try go 3-4 times a week
If you give it too much time, your muscles fully healed again, and you just get DOMS again.

You can customize it to where you can deadlift once a week, on a Wednesday. I think that's recommended actually.
