Let me put it this way: Getting fit alone won't help. A sperg or social anxious guy with big muscles still is spergy or anxious, so not even home plate.

But the concept of improving yourself by excercising, reading, cooking and eating healthy and developing self-confidence that can be associated with getting /fit/ may get you a gf because you turn into a man.
