According to Scooby's calculator I should be losing weight at 2800 cals a day, however I eat at like 2000 and only seem to maintain. If I drop to 1700 I start to notice progress. Does this mean the calculation is wrong or that I have metobolic damage?

That's just for barbell grip you mong. What about pullups, or dumbbells? I'm not OP, but when I'm curling 45+ lbs and doing long sets of weighted pullups my hands get fucked up no matter how I grip.
Last year I was 110 kgs and now I'm 75 kgs by doing cardio, counting my calories and weight lifting.
When I started dieting I would eat maybe 1 protein bar per day, now at 75 kgs(visible abs) I'm eating like 3-4 protein bars per day. Shit has gotten out of hand, I'm not even sure if eating this everyday is really that healthy, it's also that it's really expensive.
I tend to be really autistic when it comes to food, and eat the same shit day after day. Also I feel like these protein bars are like the highlight of my day(dem dopamine releases I get from it).
I eat mostly whole food, but I still eat a lot of protein bars and drink diet soda's.
What other food alternatives would /fit/ recommend instead of protein bars?

I'm wanting to get into some kind of weight training to help me get stronger and a bit bigger as well.
My brother who is huge into MMA has a huge kettlebell collection, pairs of 16s, 20s, 24s etc right up to 40kg and he is moving to a different country to work and has said that I can have them.
Now, Ive been considering buying a barbell and plates and a power rack for a while and i was wondering if i should just use the kettlebells instead.
Also I dont want to join a gym as I already pay 45 a month for my BJJ membership and dont feel like paying more.
Advice would be appreciated

KB is very good for ballistics movements
but to train for ballistics movement one requires a decent baseline strength.

I don't even smoke that much by a regular smokers standard. I don't even smoke more than half a cigaret usually and never smoked more than like a quarter pack a day and that's on bad days.. But I'm still feeling the pain. On top of that I'm smoking weed 24/7 since 16 but I was working out and toking and it didn't affect me like cigarets... Also I can go longer without weed than a cigaret and actually let my oxygen level get down to normal.
Cigarets made me quit because of how much they were surpresing my appetite..
My sence of smell and taste are absolute shit. The one day I managed to go without a cigaret in the past couple of years, I got a little of my senses back and the sensations made me feel like I was a kid again I was so happy.
The worst part is I can't meditate anymore. My breath is fucked.. I used to meditate and read daily and do all kinds of stuff but now I feel dead on the inside and after all these years I can't deny that they are the cause if not a stepping stone to all these problems..
I'm getting a peyote cactus in a week. If that doesn't help me quit I'm giving up hope because I tried everything.
