Literally how can people be overweight? How does someone become addicted to food? Currently eating some rice with chicken and beans with some paprika. I've used gainers in the past. Paired two scoops with half a litre of whole milk for 800 calories, but that gives me a lot of gas. I already eat 200g of oats with half a litre of milk for 1000 calories at least five times a week and I'm not sure my intestines can handle more dairy.

Have a fight at the end of the week. Currently on a water cut (see details below). I've been advised to limit veggies because of their water content (for this week only). But I want to make sure I'm having regular bowel movements. Would using Psyllium husk fiber supplement be advisable?
Obviously, I'm worried about water retention and I'm not sure how psyllium acts when consumed.
My water cut:
>Sat. & Sun. 2 gallons of regular water
>Monday - 1 gallon of distilled water
>Tuesday - 1/2 gallon of distilled water
>Wednesday - 1/4 gallon of distilled water
>Thursday - dry day
>Friday AM - weigh-ins
I'm mainly eating ground beef, eggs, Greek yogurt, and low sodium whey protein.

Do a routine like greyskull or ss replacing squat with hip thrust.
Don't tell /fit/ because they think squats are twice as good as they actually are. And they think hip thrusts aren't easily 10x better than lowbar squats
Also do floor press instead of bench.
Boom, main lifts done.
For accessories you can buy some db. That is optional.
Also if you can a solid corner to put an end of barbell in, you can do landmine press and one arm rows with the bar.
