Hi /fit. I aim to get aesthetic and have a good body. However I am fat at 80kgs, 5'10 height (started at 100 kgs) goal weight being 70kgs

Fell for the SS meme and been doing it for a month and here are my stats all of them 3x5
Squat 200lbs
Deadlift 210lbs
Bench 130lbs
OHP 90 lbs

Doing SS on a cut. Lifts are very hard now, feel like i might just fall down during squat.

So should I continue SS on a cut or move to another weightlifting program?

I was on brosplits before with 20 reps. No increase in lifts in 3 months and no change in body

Sticky says just do beginner weightlifting routine while cutting I'm not sure it will work though

meal prepping is by far my most time consuming chore if you include the dishes that comes with it

It's not to say we've never cooked, we cook routinely, but for one single meal at a time. Meal prepping is a totally different way of doing things

Have any of you guys ran this routine before?

It dates back to the 60's.

Basically you do the program for 6 weeks training 3 times a day. That's 18 sessions in 6 weeks

You add 2.5kg (5bls) to the bar after every workout.

To work out your stating weight its just

18 x 2.5kg = 45kg

So you take your current 5RM and subtract 45kg.

So If I can squat 140kg for 5 reps I'll squat 95kg for a set of 20 adding 2.5kg every session for 6 weeks!

Been going to the gym for a few weeks, I didnt have this problem at first but in the beginning I didnt work so hard.
I go as soon as it opens (7.30am), I dont eat breakfast before I go, I do 2km on a treadmill first before I start resistance training. While walking home I feel light headed and sickness, but after I go back to bed for a couple of hours its gone and I eat breakfast around 10am.

Perhaps a pre-workout lightweight breakfast would do me well? Im not sure,

Anyone have this same issue or know how to make it better?
