No that is awful. Do this instead:

Push:
Bench OR press 3x5
Squat 3x5
DB press OR bench 4x10
Abs 4x10
Dips OR tricep extension 3x12

Pull:
chin ups OR Row 3x5
Squat 3x5 OR deadlift 1x5 (2 squats, 1 deadlift every 3 sessions)
Row 3x8 OR bw chins 3x AMAP
Back extension 4x10
Db curls OR hammer curls 3x12

Yeah kinda, here's my routine, I do a 3-Day PPL Split but because you're only doing 3 days you need a shit load of volume to make any gains. I run 8/10/12 reps on a volume exercise and 4/5/6 on a strength exercise and then up the weight after a couple of weeks I've hit max reps.

Push Day
Flat Bench Press 3x6
Seated DB OHP 3x10
Skullcrushers 3x10
Incline DB Bench Press 3x12
Bench DB Flies 3x10
Superset - Standing Barbell OHP 3x6
& Linear One Arm Jammer 3x6 each arm

Pull Day
Pullups & Chins until failure
Bench DB HammerCurls 3x10
Seated Lat Pulldown 3x6
Pendelay Row 3x6
DB Shrugs 3x12
Standing Wide Grip Barbell Curls 3x6
Alternating Deltoid Raise 3x12
Seated T-Bar Cable Rows 3x10

Legs & Core
High-Bar Squat 3x6
Weighted Hyperextensions 3x12
Leg Press 3x10
Smith Calf Raise 3x12
Deadlift 3x8
Alternating Hip/Leg Lifts 3x12
