It means you arent using correct form. Your ass cheek muscles should be as sore as your legs. Keep your back straight and squat down to a 90 degree angle with the weight on the ball of your feet. When I do goblet squats, I keep going down until my elbows hit my quads.

I hit 11% body fat. Which is quite nice.

However that's using scoobs calculator (and calipers) which seems to shoot a little low. Visually I think I'm closer to 13-14% as the full core isn't visible unless the angle or lighting is right.

I did my first work out today. I'm pathetically weak. Far weaker than I expected. Dumbbell press with 20lbs dumbbells. Bicep curl 20lbs. Bench press a little more than bar only. I'm 21 6'3 275lbs of pure fat. It was the most embarrassing thing ever. What do.


Also, I was 350lbs a year ago. Lost the weight by eating right and cardio. Could this be part of the reason I'm so weak?

I have been doing greyskull lp for the past few months, on and off, and before that I did SS and brosplits half heartedly making no gains. I have been on a cardio binge for the past two weeks and have only been doing calisthenics. I am an 18 yr old HS senior, and look ok for my age, visible abs, big quads, skinny arms, decent chest. I am looking at Scooby1961's workout plans, specifically: http://customworkoutplanner.com/workouts/advanced+volume+workout/59845/Tom/#workoutplan

Is this a good plan? Should I just stick to greyskull? I am training for aesthetics but also I am going to try out for rugby, and need to be stronger. The sheer volume of this workout seems ridiculous for a natty teenager.

I'm guessing a hamburger has a significant amount of vegetable oil which matches nuts on a omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, but if you're implying that nuts have "healthy" fat then you're as braindead as most of the normies out there
