I use it to re-set my sleep pattern as I'm a chronic insomniac.
Once a week at most, and only when needed because: nasty side effects if you use it regularly, and you build up tolerance very fast.
I take the day off and take 2 gr on an empty stomach, and drink herbal tea and meditate all day until I get sleepy, then I sleep for 14-16 hours and wake up fresh. Not really worth the high if you're into that stuff, but I recommend it to insomniacs.

If you are losing fat you are going to lose it all over your body.
This idea of "oh I'll only burn tummy fat with targeted workouts" and whatnot is advertising fluff to sell fake pills and useless workout gear.
You can target and build muscle groups, but when it comes to losing fat you are just going to gradually lose it more or less evenly all over your body, including yer tits.
Just squat a bunch and make up for it by having a great ass.
